the overall experience was just enthralling, if you enjoy rude staff and unchaperoned children ruining the pool. housekeeping never brought towels, and the 'breakfast' was something you might find at a gas station. no one offered me an upgrade, which would’ve been nice, but I guess that’s too much to ask here.
